​Quality Carpet Care was founded in 1986 by Patrick Palasia. For nearly 30 Years he and his wife Joan worked hard for Quality Carpet Care to become a well respected name in the greater Honesdale area.
Today the business is Operated By Gabriel Wagner. Gabriel has over 10 years in experience in the cleaning industry with window cleaning and carpet cleaning.
